Designing an office that leaves a lasting
impression on visitors

ModuleX® was selected for the relocated headquarters of REALiZE, a real estate company based in Osaka and operating nationwide.

The visitor entrance to the office on the 17th floor of Osaka JP Tower features prominent windows overlooking Osaka Station, with a central pillar bisecting the view.
Therefore, we proposed an experience design that transforms the pillar obstructing the view into part of the window by integrating a four-monitor array, thereby adding new value to the space.

Video equipment and content were specifically selected to draw visitors’ attention to the interior’s refreshing color scheme accented with blue, the corporate color.
For the lighting environment, we made use of the facility’s basic lighting system, adding only the minimum necessary fixtures. This approach was designed to strike a balance with the incoming natural light and integrate seamlessly with the visual content.

To further elevate the value of the office space, which offers––at every turn––breathtaking views befitting a high-rise building, we incorporated an experience design that fuses lighting and video content by leveraging the unique monitor layout. The result is an entranceway that leaves a memorable impression on the company’s esteemed visitors.

The monitors display marketing visuals publicizing the company as well as content along the following themes:
"aquarium," inspired by the corporate color blue;
"data," reflecting the corporate culture of closely monitoring transaction information and market conditions; and
"the future of Osaka," drawing inspiration from the real estate business.
We prepared a broad range of video content by examining themes closely aligned with REALiZE’s corporate philosophy from every possible angle, and programmed the monitors to play in the entranceway throughout the entirety of the office’s business hours, delivering a visually impactful sight.
