Our ModuleX products were installed in “ONE@Tokyo” whose design was supervised by Mr. Kengo Kuma, the world-renowned architect. It opened on July 28th, 2017.
This hotel is designed and constructed by the combined use of industrial materials and natural materials, which expresses the appropriate contrast in good old downtown area of Tokyo.
【Feature of Lighting Design】
For the reception area operating for 24 hours, the time sequence lighting is designed. Considering the sun light through the windows in daytime and a variety of scenes in night time, the necessary and appropriate lighting is automatically and continuously provided hour by hour.
For the characteristic façade made by wood slab, the use of in-ground lighting fixtures which the can adjust the quality of light through the optical filter realizes the vivid contrast of lighting.
【Feature of Lighting Fixtures Installed】
Our ModuleX spotlight in MUSEUM series has 4 kinds of hoods and they are also designed by optical technologies. Therefore, even in case of attaching the long hood whose glare cut off angle is 50°, the decrease of the focal point illuminance can be prevented to the minimum, leading the more comfortable space creation.
