ACE Hotel opened its first Asian hotel in the renewal “Shin-puh-kan” located in Karasuma Oike, Kyoto and ModuleX products were adopted there.

This project was produced by ModuleX comprehensively, from the designing to the delivery of the function lighting tool and the decorative lighting tool for the the façade, the entrance lobby, the meeting room, the restaurants and the guest room.

At the entrance lobby, our ModuleX MOTIF BESPOKE, which is made-to-order product designed the motif of the wooden framework was adopted.
We used our original lighting analysis and verified the basic layout designed by Commune Design, Los Angeles, with considering the luminance balance in a viewing angle range and the change of the time, so that we could successfully produce a comfortable and extraordinary space.
We provide a user with the space where it does not make people feel the existence of function lighting but only the decorative lighting.
